This group of matters pertain to a challenge to an award of Labour Court under recovery application under section 33- C(2) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Hence, prima facie it can be said that the matters would fall for consideration SCA/15883/2003 2/2 ORDER before the Division Bench in light of Rule 2 (10) (3) of Gujarat High Court Rules, 1993.
