Patel for the petitioner tenders order dated 25.1.2012 passed by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Gujarat State whereby the retiral benefits have been sanctioned. Similarly, learned advocate for the petitioner tenders order dated 25.1.2012, whereby the provisional pension is sanctioned by the said authority as well as the orders dated 7.2.2012, whereby the payment as per the aforesaid order is sanctioned. The aforesaid letters are taken on record.
In view of the above, the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition as the same has become infructuous. Permission is granted. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Notice discharged. No order as to cost.
