This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer to :-
I. issue a suitable writ, order or direction directing respondents to amend fourth instalment payable on 01.10.2019 due to 44 days no mining plus 44 days of monsoon period or to provide 44 working days for mining after completion of the mining period on 12.02.2023.
II. issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court, may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
III. award cost of the writ petition to the petitioner.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is confining the prayer made by him in the writ petition only to the effect that the representation dated 22.05.2019, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure No. 7 to the writ petition, filed by the petitioner for redressal of his grievance before the respondent no. 2 which has not been decided till date, be decided within a specified period.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material brought on record, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 22.05.2019 (Annexure No. 7) filed by the petitioner before him within a period of one month from the date of filing of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law, by a speaking and reasoned order.
