JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 & 2 has been accepted by Sri S.P. Shukla, Advocate.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 3, returnable at an early date.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to declare the result of the petitioner regarding supplementary examination of subject Mathematics II of the IInd Semester of the first year of B.C.A. Code 201 forthwith.
Sri S.P. Shukla, learned counsel for opposite parties no. 1 & 2, on the basis of instructions submits that due to some clerical mistake marks of the petitioner could not be reported in the awardsheet and on account of which the result of the petitioner was incomplete and, as such, petitioner was allowed to appear in supplementary examination of the papers of Mathematics II of the IInd Semester of the first year of B.C.A. Code 201. Subsequently, it was revealed that the petitioner had already passed in regular examination and the marksheet is under preparation.
Learned counsel for the University is directed to produce the marksheet so prepared before this Court.
