Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
Applicant is in jail since 21.05.2010 in connection with Case Crime No. 1473 of 2009. Bungling of Rs.24,000/- is alleged at the instance of Smt. Rajani Saxena along with present applicant. This case is triable by the court of Magistrate.
Taking into consideration to the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is allowed.
Let the applicant Navneet Saxena alias Pammi son of Anand Saxena involved in Case Crime No. 1473 of 2009, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, Police Station Civil Line, sub District Sadar, District Rampur be released on bail on executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
