JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.
This writ petition is against order dated 15.9.2010 passed under the Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1957.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioners may, if so advised, file an appeal against this order under Section 18 of the Act.
With above observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
