The applicant has taken out this application for seeking rectification, as in the order passed on 28.12.2012 in Special Civil Application No. 16262 of 2012, the Court mentioned the date from the document, which is incorrect date. Therefore, the applicant has sought amendment also, whereby the date is amended and accordingly, now in the order dated 28.12.2012 passed in Special Civil Application No. 16262 of 2012, the date be read in view of this amendment. The amendment is granted. Civil Application is allowed. In view of the amendment, now the returnable date in main petition i.e. Special Civil Application No. 16262 of 2012 is extended to 21.01.2013. Direct service permitted.
