JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Ms. Yajnik, learned advocate for OL has tendered a sealed cover. She has submitted that the said sealed cover has been received by OL from the Forensic Science Laboratory.
2. The Court Shirstedar has been asked to open the sealed cover. After the sealed cover is opened, it is noticed that the Forensic Science Laboratory has submitted a letter dated 11.1.2012 bearing No. FSL/FPB/Op.No.01/12/D/165/2012 addressed by the Director Gr. II (Finger Print Bureau) to the OL. The subject which is mentioned in the said letter is "Forensic examination of document in the matter of M/s. Navrang Synthfab Pvt. Ltd (in liquidation) - Company Application No. 272 of 2011".
3. Under the said covering letter an opinion of the Forensic Science Laboratory signed by one Mr. R.H. Gajjar (Senior Fingerprint Expert) is forwarded to OL. The same is taken on record.
The Court Shirstedar is directed to file the said report as part of the record. The contents of the report have been informed to the parties concerned i.e. the party-in-person, learned advocate for Mr.Jadeja i.e Mr. Hardik Brahmbhatt, Mr. Joshi, learned advocate for respondent No.2 as well as Ms. Yajnik, learned advocate for OL.
4. After the contents of the opinion of the Forensic Science Laboratory was informed to the concerned parties / advocates, Mr. Thakkar, who appears as party-in-person started to make submission and during his submission he requested that he desires that the statement of the concerned persons who have given advertisement, copy whereof is placed by him at page 461, may be recorded before the Registrar. Therefore, he was informed that if he wants to make any request then such request can be and should be made only by appropriate application so that the affected party can file their response / objection.
The applicant - party-in-persons submitted that he will make necessary application.
After such application is filed and circulated for hearing / order, appropriate order on such application will be passed after hearing the concerned parties.
5. The applicant is granted time until 8.2.2012 to make and file appropriate application which he desires to make.
