The petitioners claim that they had duly passed L.L.B. three years course but they have not been issued mark sheet/degree/character certificate, compelling them to file the instant writ petition.
On 30.5.2018, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent University was granted time to obtain instructions. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is stated that the Examination Committee will take necessary action by first week of June 2018.
In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the respondent University, the instant writ petition is disposed of by providing that the respondent University shall take remedial action in accordance with law by 10.6.2018. In regard to the prayer for issuance of character certificate, it shall be open to the petitioners to approach the concerned College, which shall do needful in the matter.
