Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the respondent Nos. 1,2 &3 and perused the record.
The allegation in the impugned First Information Report is that petitioner who is a member of Police team, has apprehended the accused with huge cash and deliberately shown recovery of a lesser amount than what was actually recovered The allegation is that there is short fall of amount of Rs. 60-70 lacs in the amount shown to have been recovered than the amount actually recovered. .
The learned A.G.A. shall seek instructions whether apart from the statement of the accused in respect of the amount recovered from him, is there any other material to demonstrate that the accused were or could have been in possession of that amount of money.
Put up this case as fresh on 3.12.2019.
