JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file afresh if the Hon'ble Supreme Court takes a different view in matters pertaining to Atrocity Act pending before it.
Permission is granted as prayed for. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty to file afresh as prayed for and in that event, it will be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law and without being influenced by this order of withdrawal. Rule is discharged.
