The prayer in this petition is to command the respondents to issue caste certificate to the petitioner on his application dated 10.9.2020.
The learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that under the extant policy an application for issuance of caste certificate has to be submitted online and the application which has been appended by the petitioner is not an online application.
In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh application as per the current procedure prescribed.
