The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the interim mandamus has been complied with nor any cause has been shown so far.
The learned counsel for the Ghaziabad Development Authority prays for further time to file counter affidavit.
List in the next cause list and in the meantime, counter affidavit may be filed.
