The petitioner was granted fishery rights over certain ponds which is said to have been granted in 2014 for a period of 10 years. Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that some strongmen of the village are not allowing the petitioner to undertake his contract which will cause loss to the petitioner.
Upon query being made as to whether the petitioner has filed any F.I.R. against the persons who are interfering with is contract, no answer is forthcoming. In case, any private individual is interfering with the petitioner's contract, it is always open for him to lodge an F.I.R. against such person. No such direction in the writ proceedings can be given.
The writ petition is dismissed.
