Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Arvind Nath Agrawal, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Union of India.
Petitioner claims to be a Constable in Third Battalion in I.T.B.P. at Bareilly. His grievance is that though he has submitted his resignation on 10.6.2021 but the competent authority is not passing any order upon it. Further grievance is that the petitioner is not being relieved.
Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Union of India submits that the petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In that view of the matter this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to accord consideration upon petitioners' claim, noticed above, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
