Sri Pankaj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha, on instructions, submits that encroachment has been removed and the contempt petition filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed recording that encroachment has been removed by the revenue authorities.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy, if aggrieved in any manner.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
