Namitha Mahesh B.G., HCGP) …Respondent This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.282/2018 (Spl.C.C.No.124/2019) of Yelahanka New Town Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 376 and 366(A) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R After arguing the matter for some time, learned Senior Counsel Sri.M.S.Rajendra Prasad, submits that, liberty may be given to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application after the victim is examined before the Court.
The said submission is placed on record and the petition is disposed of with liberty to file a fresh petition after examination of the victim.
