THIS CRL.P COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned SPP-II for respondent No.1.
Respondent No.2 was heard on the last date of hearing.
The petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in Cr.No.103/2015 and the proceeding in C.C.No.17258/2016 registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 504 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The complaint as well as the charge sheet contains ingredients which prima-facie make out the above offences. The allegations made against the petitioners are sought to be substantiated through the statements of the complainant as well as other witnesses cited in the charge sheet. Therefore, I do not find any justifiable reason to quash the impugned proceedings.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
