THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10257 of 2009 Between:
M/s. Navata Road Transport, Rep. by its Partner Sri P. Ramesh Kumar PETITIONER AND 1. Employees State Insurance Corporation, Hill Fort Road, Hyderabad Rep. by its Regional Director, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
