The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Sholinghur, to dispose O.S.No.104 of 2014 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioners are plaintiffs and respondents are the defendants in O.S.No.109 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Sholinghur. The petitioners filed the suit for declaration of title and for a direction to the respondents to deliver the vacant possession of the suit property to the petitioners. The respondents filed written statement on 03.03.2015. Issues were framed on 12.03.2015. The suit was posted for trial on 31.03.2015. From that date onwards, the suit has been pending without any progress. Therefore, the petitioners have come up with the present civil revision petition for early disposal of the suit.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, considering the limited prayer sought for in the civil revision petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the matter, I direct the learned District Munsif, Sholinghur, to dispose O.S.No.104 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
