"Whether in the facts and circumstances of the case, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal was right in law in reversing the order of the CIT(A) and disallowing the deduction u/s.10B of the Act in respect of the goods sold to a 100% Export Oriented Undertaking in India ?"
