Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mathura to decide the restoration application in Revision No.- 77/2015-16, (Naval Singh versus Jugendra Singh and another) within stipulated time.
The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid revision has been dismissed in default on 22.01.2016. On the next day the recall application was filed that is on 23.01.2016, the said application has not been decided by the Deputy Director of Consolidation.
Under these circumstances, the direction is issued to the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mathura to decide Restoration Application dated 23.01.2016 filed in Revision No. 77/2015-16 (Naval Singh versus Jugendra Singh and another) as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
