This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to decide the Case No. 361 of 2012 (State of U.P. Vs. Prem Singh and others) in Case Crime No. 457 of 2008, under Sections 406, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kheragarh, District Agra, pending before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. IX, Agra.
Considering the above, the instant application is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to decide the applicant's case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order.
