Mr.Anurag Kumar Singh, learned Advocate put in appearance on behalf of opposite party No.10 by filing his 'Vakalatnama', the same is taken on record. He authorises Mr.Raghvendra Kumar Singh, Senior Advocate to argue the case on his behalf.
Notices on behalf of opposite parties 1 to 4 have been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Mr.Raghvendra Kumar Singh, Senior Advocate on behalf of opposite party No.10.
Mr.Raghvendra Kumar Singh, Senior Advocate informs that the complaint made by one Mr.Basant Lal, Advocate has already been enquired by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Lucknow. He also placed the enquiry report dated 2nd of January, 2010 prepared by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Lucknow, upon perusal of the report we find that the allegations made through the complaint have been found incorrect and false.
Mr.Raghvendra Kumar Singh, Senior Advocate raised objection against the maintainability of the writ petition, which shall be considered by this court on the next date.
Learned Standing Counsel also submits that he has received instructions to the same effect and he seeks a week's time to file the counter affidavit.
Time is allowed.
