At the outset, Sri Chandraveer Singh holding brief of Sri Vikrant Rana, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present criminal writ petition has become infructuous for the fact that both the petitioners have been arrested.
In view of the above submission, the criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
