This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to take necessary action against the guilty person on the basis of magisterial inquiry report dated 18.1.2018 regarding the death of brother of the petitioner namely Javed son of Saheed, House No. 85, Mohall Kasavan Dasna Gate, P.S. Kotwali City, District Ghaziabad.
Learned A.G.A. states that as per the instructions received by him in the matter, Magisterial Inquiry has been concluded in this matter on 16.1.2018 and the inquiry report has been submitted before the Authority concerned.
In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of.
