Learned Advocate Mr. Hakim for the petitioners states that in the mean time, the respondent NO. 7 may carry out the amendment on the basis of the impugned order. He, therefore, prays to stay the impugned order. Under the circumstances, the impugned order is stayed till 2nd February, 2012.
