Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Applicant- Naushad Khan seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 27 of 2021, under Sections 3/5-A/8 of Uttar Pradesh Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 307 IPC , P.S. Gopiganj, District Bhadohi.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicant is ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicant appears/surrenders before the court below and applies for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
