Supplementary affidavit on behalf of learned counsel for the revisionist as well as vakalatnama filed today by Sri Pramod Kumar Singh, Advocate on behalf of opposite party no. 2, is taken on record.

Present revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the order dated 6.8.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Agra in Criminal Appeal No. 275 of 2018, whereby the appeal filed by the revisionist was dismissed affirming the order of the trial court dated 10.10.2018 passed in Complaint Case No. 1597 of 2012, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act convicting the revisionist- applicant for one year simple imprisonment and fine of Rs. 2,75,000/-.
In the supplementary affidavit, compromise/agreement has been appended as annexure-1, in which it is stated that the matter had already been settled between the parties and the amount to the extent of Rs. 2,75,000/- has been paid to opposite party no.2.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has also admitted that the matter has been compromised and they have no objection in case the impugned orders are quashed.
In view of the above, the orders impugned herein are quashed. The revision stands allowed.
