Learned counsel to explain as per the law propounded by Hon'ble Apex Court passed in the cases of Dadu @ Tulsidas Vs. State of Maharashtra - 2000 (8) SCC 437, Union of India Vs. Rattan Mallik @ Habul 2009 (2) SCC 624 and in the case of Maktool Singh Vs. State of Punjab - AIR 1999 SC 1131, whether the bail can be granted in N.D.P.S Act after the conviction has been made during the appeal.
