The petitioners in the present petition have preferred this petition for the relief of quashing the F.I.R lodged at case crime No. 1669 of 2009 under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120 B IPC P.S. Shahpur Distt Gorakhpur.
Issue notice to respondents 4,5 and 6 who may file counter affidavit within four weeks. Learned A.G.A may also file counter affidavit within the aforesaid period. Rejoinder affidavit if any may be filed within two weeks next thereafter. List this matter after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Till next listing or till submission of charge sheet whichever is earlier, the arrest of the petitioners who are wanted in case crime as aforesaid, shall remain stayed subject of course to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperative for smooth conduct and expeditious culmination of the investigation.
