JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the affidavit of service of notice, at the request of Shri Jigar Patel, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant, Registry is directed to issue fresh notice upon the respondents at the new address to be furnished on or before 17/07/2012 (so far as all the respondents are concerned, except respondent no. 3), making it returnable on 13/08/2012. All the respondents be served through Registered Post A.D. also over and above regular service at the cost of the appellant.
