Natvarji vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|13 July, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was called out, no one is appeared on behalf of the State.
The applicant-prisoner has taken out this application from jail seeking parole leave on account of performing last rights on demise of his cousin brother.
Looking to the application, it appears that aunt had two sons and this Court is of the considered view that the applicant-prisoner has enjoyed on various type of leave. This ground does not seem to be correct ground so that persuade this Court to grant parole leave. The application deserves rejection and is accordingly rejected. The applicant-prisoner be informed accordingly.
