The learned advocate for the petitioner may place on record the representation made by him to the respondent Company, upon which the impugned order dated 29.02.2012 has been passed, in order to clarify whether the relief(s) sought in the representation are as per the order of this Court dated 15.09.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.16171/2003 with Special Civil Application No.9418/2003, that is, with regard to the short payment of basic salary, or whether the petitioner has claimed any further relief beyond the said order of the Court.
