In response to the notice issued by this Court, Shri Nikhilesh J.Shah, learned advocate appeared on behalf of respondent No.2- AUDA. It is submitted that due to non sending of the service book and relevant documents called for from the Office of the Collector, Kheda, pension of the petitioner is not finalized.

Under the circumstances, leave to join Collector, Kheda as party respondent No.3. Notice to the newly added party respondent returnable on 9th September, 2009. Direct service is permitted. To be placed in 10.30 a.m. Board.
