1. Heard learned advocate Mr.Mishra for learned advocate Ms.Pandey for the petitioners and learned AGP Mr.Alkesh Shah for the respondent State authority.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioners submitted that present matter is identical to a group of petitions being Special Civil Application No.522 of 2012, Special Civil Application No.567 of 2012 and Special Civil Application No.17239 of 2011 and the said petitions have been admitted and certain orders have been passed at interim stage. It is also submitted that the orders passed in the said petitions have been gradually carried before the Hon'ble Apex Court and the petitions are pending.
3. In this background, learned advocate Mr. Mishra for the petitioners submitted that present petition is exactly identical to the aforesaid petitions and that therefore considering the fact that the said petitions have been admitted, this petition may also be admitted.
4. The submissions of learned advocate for the petitioner is not opposed by learned AGP.
5. Hence, Rule.
