The Workmen Compensation Authority is directed to invest the entire deposited amount in a Nationalized Bank by way of an FDR initially for a period of three years and on maturity, shall be renewed by one year at a time till final disposal of the main appeal. The said FDR be retained by the Nazir of the Tribunal. Interest accruing thereon shall be paid to the original claimant/s. Application is allowed accordingly.
