JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)
1. On 09.07.2012, this Court passed the following Order, "The present application is filed by the convict, through Jail, seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to arrange funds for the purpose of education of his children. RULE returnable on 16th July 2012. Learned APP Ms.Hansa Punani waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State. The learned APP to verify the contents of the application."
2. Today when the matter is called out, learned APP Mr. Poojari states that he has not received any instructions in the matter.
3. Learned APP was requested to place on record the sending report of the request made to the authorities pursuant to Order dated 09.07.2012 and to send remarks in the matter.
4. Learned APP places on record a communication which reveals that on 10.07.2012, the request was sent to the authorities by fax at 01:56 p.m., despite that the authorities have not responded to the request of learned APP.
5. The District Superintendent of Police, Patan, is directed to depute a responsible officer to explain as to why request made by the office of the learned PP on 10.07.2012 by fax is not responded.
6. The matter is adjourned to 19.07.2012.
