This is an application for recalling the order dated 19.1.2016, whereby on the application of the petitioner supported by an affidavit of Natthulal, the sole petitioner, the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Subsequently, present application has been filed through Sri Rajesh Singh Rathore, newly engaged counsel for recalling the aforesaid order, which is supported by an affidavit of sole petitioner.
In the affidavit, it is stated that counsel for the petitioner has not informed the petitioner about the order dated 19.1.2016 and subsequently, he has filed present application by changing his lawyer.
No ground for recalling the said order has been given by the petitioner in his affidavit annexed thereof and the filing of earlier affidavit in support of withdrawal application has not been denied.
In view of the above, application is totally misconceived and is, accordingly rejected.
