This writ petition has been filed for issuing of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 i.e. Station House Officer, Cantt. Bareilly and Senior Superintendent of Police, Bareilly to ensure the fair investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 04.08.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 400 of 2018, under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Cantt., District - Bareilly.
It is alleged that F.I.R. was lodged on 04.08.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of present case, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 and 3 i.e. Station House Officer, Cantt. Bareilly and Senior Superintendent of Police, Bareilly to ensure the fair investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 04.08.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 400 of 2018, under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471, 420 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Cantt., District - Bareilly and submit the report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
