Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet No.117 of 2018 dated 04.08.2018 in Case Crime No.0090 of 2018, under Section 138 (1) (b) of Electricity Act, P.S. Ramghat, District Buland Shahar, pending in the court of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge (E.C. Act), Buland Shahar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is compoundable and he would be filing an application for compounding within two weeks from today.
In view thereof, in case such a compounding application is filed within three weeks from today, the Court below shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.
For a period of eight weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
