JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner made a representation seeking permission to take water from his private well to his agricultural land by transporting it. Seeking disposal of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 3 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2017 will be considered within a period of four weeks.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
