JUDGMENT / ORDER

By the time the petition is called-out and taken-up for hearing, it is the closing hours for the Court today.
It is noticed that vide order dated 8.9.2011, the petition is already admitted and ad-interim relief in terms of para 28(B) is granted. Notice as to interim relief has also been issued vide the very same order.
