JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. On previous occasion, i.e. on 16th January 2012, below mentioned order was passed:
"By the time the petition is called-out and taken-up for hearing, it is the closing hours for the Court today.
It is noticed that vide order dated 8.9.2011, the petition is already admitted and ad-interim relief in terms of para 28(B) is granted. Notice as to interim relief has also been issued vide the very same order.
Since, as mentioned above, it is closing hours for today's proceedings, S.O. to 23.1.2012."
2. Today, when the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, Mr. Dave, learned Senior Counsel with Mr. Patel for Mr. Jadeja, learned Advocate for the petitioner, is present.
3. When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, the respondent No.1, who appears as party-in-person (who is also a practicing advocate), is not present. Hence, S.O. to 17th February 2012.
