JUDGMENT / ORDER

Despite the direction vide order dated 13/9/2012, there is no compliance. Any affidavit has not been filed by concerned officer and learned AGP is not able to clarify the aspect mentioned in the order dated 13/9/2012.
Therefore, proceedings are adjourned to 5thOctober,2012. On that day, concerned officer shall remain present in the Court.
