1. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue as interim relief pending final disposal of the captioned First Appeals.
2. Out of the total amount deposited by the applicant, the Tribunal shall invest 70% (seventy) amount in FDR with any nationalized Bank, in the name of 'Nazir' of the Tribunal, initially, for a period of one year, which shall be renewed from time to time, without any orders in that regard from this Court. The quarterly interest accruing on such deposit shall be paid to the original claimants on regular basis.
3. The balance 30% (thirty) amount shall be disbursed in favour of the original claimants, after due verification.
4. The applications stand disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute to the above extent with no order as to costs.
