JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Rule returnable on 9th March, 2012. There shall be stay of execution of the impugned award on condition that the applicant Insurance Company shall deposit entire awarded amounts including proportionate costs and interest immediately before the Claims Tribunal before returnable date . Learned Advocate Mr. Hakim waives service of notice of rule on behalf of opponents No. 1 to 5.
