Let this appeal be heard with F.A. No. 2824 of 2010 preferred by the claimants arising out of the selfsame accident.
CIVIL APPLICATION No. 356 of 2012 NOTICE, returnable on February 17, 2012.
There will be unconditional stay of execution of the award impugned for a fortnight from today and if within the aforesaid period the appellant deposits the entire awarded amount with interest before the Tribunal, the stay will continue till the disposal of the Civil Application; in default of deposit of such amount within the aforesaid period, the stay granted will automatically stand vacated on the expiry of a fortnight from today.
