JUDGMENT / ORDER

BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the note for speaking to minutes.
In the order dated 01.03.2012, passed by this Court in the captioned matter, in para 5 instead of the words "The claimants shall be entitled to only Rs.1,76,800/- by way of total compensation, it be read as under "The claimants shall be entitled to only Rs.1,67,700/- by way of total compensation".
Consequently, the note stands disposed of.
