JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. K.M. Patel, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Patel, learned counsel states that instead of reinstatement, continuity of service and back wages, the petitioner is prepared to pay lump sum compensation to the respondents without prejudice to their rights and contentions.
In view of the above, Notice to the respondents returnable on 20.06.2012. In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
